Questions, answered.
Plain answers about the evaluation, funded accounts and payouts.
Everything we get asked.
Is this real money?
No. The evaluation is simulated: your orders fill against live market prices in our own execution simulator and never reach an exchange. A payout from a funded account is real money.
What ends an account?
Either loss limit. Lose 5% of the initial balance in one day, measured from your daily anchor (the higher of your balance and equity when the day starts), or 10% of the initial balance overall, and the account closes. Both distances are on screen the whole time you trade, in money.
Is there a time limit?
No deadline to pass. You need to have traded on at least 4 days. An account with no trades for 30 days is closed for inactivity.
What can I trade?
Crypto pairs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at up to 5× leverage. Positions can be held over the weekend.
When do payouts happen?
Your first payout can be requested 14 days after your first funded trade, then every 14 days. Each one pays 80% of the period's closed profit, rising to 90% with scaling.
Do I get my fee back?
Yes, in full, with your first payout.
What does a payout cost?
A payout arrives net of the processor’s fee, which is set by the processor at the time of payment. There is no other charge.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Before a funded account goes live: a government ID, a proof of address, the signed trading agreement and a payout method. A person reviews every document. We do not state a review time until one is published.
